Welcome to Communilearn. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, learning communities, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.


1. Eligibility and Account


By using our Services, you confirm that:

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

  • Does not infringe any third‑party rights (including copyright, privacy, or publicity).

  • Is lawful, accurate (where it states facts), and not misleading.

  • Does not contain harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material.


We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove content at our discretion.

  • Any warranties arising out of course performance, community interaction, or specific learning outcomes.


We do not guarantee that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free.

  • Any defects will be corrected.

  • The content will always be accurate or up to date.


Any reliance you place on the Services or content is at your own risk.


8. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Communilearn Ltd and its directors, employees, partners, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill.

  • Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Communilearn Ltd for the Services during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.


Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.


9. Suspension and Termination


We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services if:

  • You violate these Terms or any applicable law.

  • Your conduct, in our reasonable opinion, harms or risks harm to other users, us, or third parties.

  • We discontinue or materially modify part or all of the Services.


Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

  • Certain provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.


You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.
